Counselling for Work Performance Issues

Many times people feel that they are not showing their best side in their job or, for various reasons, are under performing in comparison to their ability.

I work with individuals, both within organisations or those who come to me directly, regarding such work performance issues. This usually involves undertaking a programme which is designed to help them to develop their personal leadership skills. In this process, the client becomes aware of the fears, beliefs and conditioning that is getting in the way of their performance.

This programme includes such modules as:
  • giving and receiving feedback
  • time management and planning
  • self-awareness
  • self- empowerment
  • assertiveness skills
  • motivational skills
A client can work on some or all of these areas. Clients have found this programme to be really useful for helping them to perform better in their job.
